In accordance with the Latin American and Caribbean Episcopal Council (CELAM), the articulation of ecclesial and secular networks is promoted so that they may walk together, respecting unity in diversity.
These networks already exist within the territories and are made up of universities and research centers, trade unions and business associations, organized regional and urban communities, popular movements, episcopal conferences, and international organizations.
Together, these actors become bridge-builders who transform passion into community action and contribute to organizing hope (cf. His Holiness Francis, Trieste, 2024).
