The scholarship programme supports lay people from Latin America and the Caribbean who wish to study in their region or in Europe but do not have the necessary resources. It gives them the opportunity to access high-quality academic training—at undergraduate or postgraduate level—and personal development, accompanied by enriching cultural experiences.

A personal and community opportunity, responding to the call to build bridges "so that everyone may have life, and have it in abundance" (John 10:10).
